There is a wide range of exciting events happening in the Bay Area this week, in addition to all of the fashion events. The San Francisco International Film Festival events continue throughout the week. The Bay Area Dance Week continues through May 3rd, which is a great way to experience and watch dance performances in the Bay Area at no cost. CUESA and The Ferry Plaza Farmer’s market is hosting a culinary event on Wednesday, “A Toast to Neighborhoods: Spring Cocktails of the Farmer’s Market.” There are also a great variety of fashion events occurring throughout the week. Melding the everyday, pressure- filled components of fashion with mysterious echoes from the iconic brand’s past, the film is also a colorful homage to the seamstresses who serve Simons’ vision.
