Lilith Fair is one of the highest grossing touring festivals in the world with over 1.5 million fans in attendance with a portion of proceeds going to national and local charities.  Founded by Grammy Award winner Sarah McLachlan along with Dan Fraser, Marty Diamond and Terry McBride, Lilith Fair was the only tour of its kind – a celebration of women in music.  This concert’s line-up includes A Line Frenzy, Heart, Sarah McLachlan, The Submarines, Miranda Lambert, Colbie Cailet, Ann Atomic and others!  Make sure to also check out the Lilith Village where you can shop and support women owned businesses.  Tickets range from $36 to $133.50
Dutch designer Tosca Soraya and Kitty Andrews Millinery are making their debut at supperclub‘s innovative evening of fashion featuring fashion inspired performances, a live fashion photo-shoot and the catwalk show of their avant garde collection.  A $35 prix fixe dinner starts at 7:00 PM with the fashion show starting at 9:30 PM.  Their is no cover to attend after 9:00 PM.  Call supperclub at 415-348-0900 to make reservations.
Charity is always fashionable.  Come join Urban Sprouts for their cocktail fundraiser to raise support for their comprehensive garden-based education programs in schools in SF’s under-served neighborhoods.  The event includes happy-hour priced drinks and appetizers, prizes (including tickets to see Jack Johnson in concert – one of their underwriters), and more.  Make sure to stop by and support our local non-profit that is making a difference in the community!
Local magazine Sex+Design is celebrating summer with a presentation of a short film by Brawlio Elias featuring the sexy bikinis of Magdalena Trever.  While you mingle, DJ Deevice and Lawrence “Foxxee” Petty will be spinning music to keep the party going.  The evening will also feature a fashion presentation of Magdalena Trever’s bikinis.  Cost to attend it $10 at the door.

The California Academy of Sciences, “A Naturally Beautiful Nightlife”, is an evening where guests can explore the museum, enjoy drinks while listening to live entertainment by DJ Clay and AmesEla and get pampered!  Attendees will learn all the manners to keeping themselves beautiful by using products that are natural and sustainable.  Vendors at the event include Aveda, Aftelier, By Nieves and Sumbody.  There will also be complimentary henna body art from Henna Garden.  Cost to attend is $10 or $8 for museum members.  Age requirement is 21 and over.
Bianca Starr is hosting their latest installment of “The Stylist Boutique” featuring stylist Julianne Moeller.    This is an event where a San Francisco stylist of fashion influence gives up 30-40 of their apparel and accessory items to put on consignment for a month at the Bianca Starr boutique.  In addition, they will also design the storefront display to their creative heart’s desire.  Julianne Moeller is the chosen stylist for July!  The opening reception includes the opportunity to meet Julianne, in addition to shopping the fabulous selection from this charming boutique.

Slide presents “Swirl into Summer’s Edge” fashion show featuring CCUOCO Designs.  Trevor Hewitt, Brendan Coen, Desired Tempations and fashion photographer Damien Miller have been successfully able to execute this monthly fashion show that showcases a new designer each month.  No cost to attend with RSVP at

Come to the Swankety Swank Sidewalk Trunk Sale for an afternoon of handmade luxury art, designs, and entertainment.  This is a great event to check out and support local businesses.

The San Mateo County History Museum will present “The Edwardian Era: Fashion, Hats & History” fashion show and exhibition.  Presenters will be Cherie Oliver and Deborah Rush of Fashions of YesterYear who will provide historical narration of the fashion show.  Cost of admission is $5.
Designer Shekhar Rahate is presenting a showcase of international inspired evening gowns in an array of patterns, textures and embellishments.  Shekhar has over 15 years of experience designing couture evening gowns and his works have been featured in many national and international beauty pageants and red carpet events.  This will be a fabulous evening of couture you won’t want to miss.  Cost to attend is $15 in advance and $20 at the door.

Pure Blendz presents their 3rd Annual Spokesmodel Search Fashion Show for charity.  This event will feature a fashion show of local designers and entertaining performances.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the Susan G Komen Foundation.  Cost to attend is $30 for general admission and $50 for VIP admission.
